Summertime fine, that’s what we’re talking about today babes! I’m sharing 3 Quick Fat Burning Fitness Routines, That Don’t Require a Gym Membership.  If you follow me on Snapchat, you know that I’ve been increasing my  water intake, working out, and being conscious about my snacking, especially during work hours, as these are all things that we’ve discussed. I’ve also been working to redeem my skin as well, cause honey, I’ve neglected it over the years. Now, I’m committed to reversing the damage. Hmm, maybe I’ll share a bit of that process here on the site as well 🙂

Today’s topic is one that I’ve struggled with. Fitness is always something I’m conscious of but It’s never been something that I’ve been consistent with if you get my drift. Workout & eat healthy for 3 months, get discouraged, bored, or busy with life and fall of the next. Not good, not good AT. ALL. Busy is my main excuse. I’ve managed to convince myself that “Ain’t nobody got time for that” workout life. BUT, truth is, if Michelle Obama has time to workout, SO. DO I. Ain’t no way in hell I’m busier than she is. She’s the FLOTUS for Pete’s sake! We ALL have time for a quick 10 minute workout.

So rather than making excuses, I’m focusing more on reasons why I CAN workout. MINDSET folks, thats all it is.

-Less risk of health issues

-Improves your overall mood, Happy people are more fun to be around!

-Boosts your energy levels— YES PLEASE!

-You rest better at night

-Improves productivity levels
