Suits are in it to win it and they have been for the past two years.  After Beyonce posted this pic on IG, I searched high and low to find a suit that had a lil slit action popping off. I was awe struck when I came across this one.  Especially since I was looking for something to match my Bday Vibe!

I wore it to the Relaunch of LoveNLooks  which is a fabulous Black Owned brand that you all would adore. This tweed dress is so fire, and it looked fabulous on Yolanda (the owner of the LNL online boutique/brand).

 

I remember feeling like suits were only for the office (or for special occasions), but now I even wear them when I’m off the clock. AND don’t get me started on how dope they look with sneakers… remember this look? The key is to ensure that your suit has some personalty. Choose a playful color so folks know not to take you too serious (while also knowing to respect your gangsta! Lol).

Another tip is to leave your button down at home if you’re going to a fun social event. Rock a mesh bra, instead. These mesh bras are on trend and can be found in varying prices (Shein has one for $12) or if you want something a little more lux you can splurge on this one from Cuup.

 

NOTE: This suit is still office appropriate, it’s all about how you style it. When I wear it to work, I’ll style it with a conservative blouse and BOOM… just like that, Office Bae is back like she left her keys, lol!
