As style authority and lover of all things fabulous… I’m a firm believer in having the right accessories to complete the look. This years style staples are hats, trench coats, faux leather, statement earrings ( ear cuffs and stacking earring details- think multiple piercings or wearing one long and one short- Hello Janet Jackson lovers) Having the right earrings is a big deal for me but finding the right pair had been a struggle as of late; because I ripped my earlobe.
Yeah, I know right. I was so pissed. I’d already damaged my earlobes from wearing really big, heavy earrings (like the ones I’m wearing in these pictures) in the past, but actually ripping it… especially being some one who LOVES accessories… was a hard pill to swallow. I definitely learned a valuable lesson. Take it from me….don’t do what I did. Remove your earrings before taking off a knit sweater or you may end up with some big regrets.
Thankfully, I’ll be getting my earlobe repaired in a few weeks and I’m so ready to get through the recovery period so I can get back to rocking some of the earrings on my list of favorites. If you’re looking for some fly gold earrings that aren’t too heavy, check these out, My personal faves are these gold hoops or these light weight floral back earrings. I’ve been loving the jacket style earrings lately. I have these Dior Earrings on my list as well. I’ve never been much of a fan for clip ons so I’ve been wearing earcuffs instead. Earcuffs are a great option for people who don’t have piercings as well. If you’re looking for a stylish option to elevate your look, check out the Mariah Crystal Ear Cuff and these pretty statement ear cuffs that I snagged from Zara. I’ll be sharing some style inspiration on how I style my Mariah Crystal Ear Cuff and my statement ear cuff from Zara so stay locked for that.
